I’m going to mix it up a little bit today.
I am going to wing it and have a chat fest here with you.
I want to talk about MLM Lead Generation and Interviewing your Prospects.
You might not interview your prospects.
Maybe you do it already but more than likely you don’t.
I don’t consider messaging someone on Facebook and asking them to join your business as interviewing them.
Interviewing your Prospects
Interviewing your prospects is reaching out to someone you feel would be a good fit for your MLM Business.
Best bet is to reach out to them and ask them questions that you would typically hear asked in an interview for a job.
Ask them questions like:
Where do you work at?
How long have you been doing that?
Do you have kids?
Did you go to school?
What are your goals and dreams in life?
Ask them questions that will get them to open up and talk about themselves.
You want to make sure you are letting them do the majority of the talking.
This is exactly how you forge a relationship and get to know more about your prospect.
Interviewing your prospect in this manner gives you the chance to learn more about them.
It also helps you to determine if they will be a good fit for your business opportunity.
Interview your prospects before you ever pitch them.
Two things will happen.
They either are a perfect fit for your business.
Or, they aren’t right now. In that case, just follow up with them in 3 – 6 months and check in.
Next Steps?
Keeping track of everyone you are speaking with is a vital step in this process.
Make sure that you record who you are speaking with and the answers to the interview questions you asked.
At the end of the day, there is no magic button you can press to generate leads and prospects.
Keep in mind that you have to have to put in the work required to generate leads for your business.
There are a variety of ways you can do this.
You can use a great funnel that has a trip wire to generate leads (Like this Lead Lightning one..)
Give away a freebie to entice interest.
You can use some product from your company (If that is allowed.) or you can put together a digital product that explains some aspect of your company.
Old school tactics and methods don’t work anymore.
Think outside the box and be different.
