Creative Visualization VS Daydreaming

Creative Visualization VS Daydreaming

Creative Visualization and Daydreaming are very similar.

Surprisingly, daydreaming is a type of Creative Visualization.

Daydreaming has garnered a reputation for being a useless and unproductive activity.

The truth is, creative visualization is the next step in daydreaming.

One of the biggest differences between creative visualization and daydreaming is that we tend to daydream on “auto pilot”.

So, daydreaming involves no action taking steps while creative visualization does.

Creative visualization has the intended outcome of figuring out the precise actions one must take to attain the goal.

Both are excellent exercises for the mind, and both can be utilized as tools to help us reach our goals in life.

Keep on daydreaming!
